The master suite on the second floor has a super-king bed, floor-to-ceiling gable windows, a walk-in wardrobe and an open-plan en-suite with bath and walk-in shower. On the first floor there's a king-size room with balcony access and two twin rooms all four bedrooms have en-suite facilities.
Portmeirion is 3 miles away. Borth-y-Gest pretty port is 1 mile. Harlech Castle is roughly 12 miles south (20 minutes). Snowdonia National Park is on your doorstep.
