For Families
The paddock field provides excellent space for football and ball games. Porth Neigwl beach is just a 5-minute walk offering 4 miles of sand for building sandcastles and exploring rock pools. The smaller dining table is specifically for children. Bedrooms are generous with room for inflatable beds. The coastal path offers easy walking suitable for families. Five bathrooms mean less waiting time. Outside seating areas are perfect for family meals.
For Couples
This property is designed for large groups rather than couples. The eight-bedroom layout and facilities cater to family gatherings and group holidays. Couples would find the space excessive for a romantic break. The hot tub and coastal location offer romantic potential but the scale of accommodation makes it impractical. Consider smaller properties for an intimate getaway. Better suited to couples holidaying as part of a larger family group.

Up to three dogs are welcome at Fferm Ar Y Mor. Direct access through the paddock field leads to the beach and coastal path for excellent walks. Dogs must stay on leads around the courtyard and communal areas. The Wales Coast Path provides miles of walking right from the doorstep. Porth Neigwl beach allows dogs year-round. Fferm Ar Y Mor Reviews

Robin
Ty'n Don is in a truly wild location, only two minutes' walk to Porth Neigwl beach if you are happy to scramble down the dunes. We loved it. It is a surfy beach with strong rip current, so strictly for competent swimmers. Abersoch, and other wonderful beaches, are only a few minutes by car away. The house is grand, with large rooms and high ceilings, adapted to, and equipped for its current purpose with care and regard to its high price point. In this respect it is let down only by minor niggles. It is well equipped for large parties and in-house catering, with plenty of crockery and utensils, supported by a large range cooker with induction hobs...and plenty of space in the kitchen for people to share the food prep. Behind the house, there is a complex of smaller holiday lets and a static caravan park, so it's the area to the front of the house that is yours. It's exposed but that is the nature of the area. We had a grand time.
Jonathan
A good and well equipped and comfortable house ideal for our family gettogether across three generations. Beach, only 100 yards away , was superb for swimming, and surfing. Wonderful views. . .
Natalie

Overall, the house was really good Owner is very nice and we had a good chat about the local walks, et cetera Family love the house and we had a great time
Christine
What a beautiful house and location if youâ??re wanting a quiet holiday. Very dog friendly and had plenty of outdoor space for our dogs to run free in. The Beach is a few minutes walk which was great and watching the sunset was extremely memorable! The kids loved it.
Andrew
Made welcome to a well-equipped house with ample space for our party of 14 - 7 adults, 7 children. Owners responded promptly and pleasantly to requests and reports of minor problems. The barns were great fun for the children, and the nearest beach was enjoyed several times. Plenty of local paths for walking and only a short drive to other beaches.
Louise
This is a large, sociable house in a great position. Very dog friendly and some great walks at your doorstep.
Derek
Very spacious house, fully equipped for 16 guests. Excellent location, 5 mins to Hells Mouth beach and short drive into Abersoch.
