Good location for exploring and great views form the conservatory. Friendly and helpful owner. Storage for bikes etc really useful. Property is characteristic/ quirky. It is however let down by some quite old / poor furniture particularly in the conservatory, dining table, the beds are ok but really could / should be better for that price of the accommodation, and lack of clothes storage in main bedroom is a pain - we lived out of suitcase for the week. All the downsides are resolvable and is resolved would definitely recommend the property.

We had a wonderful week at Y Granar. The accommodation was beautifully decorated, with all the amenities you could hope for. It was clean and spacious, cosy and welcoming. The situation was great to access mountains and beaches, and the panoramic view from the conservatory was absolutely incredible. The host was kind and gracious and we would love to return one day. Wonderful cottage, with a simply beautiful conservatory overlooking the hills. Well equipped kitchen, powerful showers, and the owner was very helpful. We had a lovely time and would definitely like to go back sometime!

Had a wonderful stay with our family. Great base to explore North Wales from with easy access to the A55 (North Wales Express Way). Stunning views of the Eryri National Park. Property was very clean and tidy with plenty of parking. The welcome basket and pint of milk was also very gratefully receive after a long journey. Definitely felt like home for the week.
