The rear garden has open mountain views across the national park and there are rivers and mountains on all sides.

This is proper outdoor country. Penmachno Mountain Bike Trails are 2. 5 miles away. The Conwy waterfalls are 5. 5 miles. Zip World Betws-y-Coed is 8. 5 miles. The coast at Harlech is around 20 miles. It's a brilliant base for hikers, cyclists and families who want to be outside.
