The setting is remote and quiet. Guests arrive via narrow roads and a farm track which adds to the experience. The enclosed garden has a large lawn and gravelled area plenty of space for outdoor games. Black Rock Sands is 8 miles away for swimming and rock pooling.

There are 2 bathrooms an upstairs bathroom with bath, shower and WC and a downstairs wet room with shower and WC. The living room has an inglenook fireplace and there's a cosy snug and sunroom with French doors to the patio.
