The open-plan lounge, kitchen and diner has a wall of picture windows pulling in panoramic lake and mountain views. Upstairs, the double bedroom has a sloping ceiling and Velux window. The ground floor bathroom has a shower over bath. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, slow cooker, microwave and washing machine.
Bala town is a short drive away. The enclosed garden has a patio, charcoal BBQ and fire pit with clear dark skies for stargazing. Sailing and fishing on Llyn Tegid are minutes away. Lake Vyrnwy is 15 miles out.
