A lovely property which served three generations. It was very well equipped.

This cottage has been renovated to a high specification giving you a very comfortable week away. The owner has gone to a lot of trouble to think of everything you would need. The welcome pack on arrival gives a nice touch as well. Would highly recommend as a base for exploring the Llyn Peninsula.

Excellent cottage. Really well furnished, everything you could need for a relaxing stay. Great beach and local shops and takeaway within 15 minutes walk. Everything was very clean when we arrived and the owner texted on day of arrival to welcome us and to say get in touch with any questions or issues, which was a nice personal touch. Highly recommended.

An immaculately clean and extremely comfortable holiday house. Very well equipped. Spacious and quiet. Just a short walk into the village of Aberdaron and the beach. Highly recommend.

A perfect place for six friends to hang out and renew old acquaintances. Even in November, with a week of decent weather, there were enough places of interest to visit nearby. Comfortable beds, modern showers, underfloor heating, welcome pack and great kitchen/dining facilities. Everything we wanted was there and we all enjoyed 2-Bedroom Cottage in Llaniestyn as a base.
Jean
The cottage was perfect for us as it had downstairs bedrooms and I have trouble with stairs. It was very well equipped with everything you need. Beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were great. Loved the friendly cows at edge of patio! The views were spectacular. Handy for village and beautiful beach. Great ice cream shop. We will certainly be going back. We also had fantastic weather !!
Celia
Superb property in an unspoilt area. Spotless, beautifully furnished, comfy beds. Short walk down to Aberdaron village, beach and coastal path. Everything you need for a wonderful, relaxing holiday.
Ann
Wonderful stay in a beautiful house, very well equipped and in a great location. We used the National Trust carpark for EV car charging both in Aberdaron and in Whistling Sands (both free of charge). Whistling sands was a great suggestion by the house owner Catherine - we loved this beach. Great for the family and wonderful walks. The Plas Carmel cafe enroute to whistling sands is a must. Thank you for a lovely stay ️
Kristy
We really enjoyed our stay in Gwelfren. We found the house to be really comfortable and peaceful, a lovely base in which to explore the Llyn Penninsula. It was lovely to be able to walk to the coast path from the house and then head to the local fish and chip shop for tea, great fish and chips. The local coffee, biscuits and chocolates were a lovely treat and all very tasty. We hope to be back.
Carole
The house is very well maintained, was spotless, and the welcome pack was enjoyed by all. Definitely a good place to stay.
