Beudy Menai Reviews

Michele
I love a cottage with a view and Beudy Menai fitted the bill perfectly. A very comfortable, snug and homely base for our few days in North Wales. Friendly and helpful hosts on hand. A welcome pack too.
Steve
Very tranquil setting with great view across field and wildlife
Clare
A beautiful retreat, lesson learned that a 15 year old struggled with the area but certainly not this cottage. Internet amazing
Louise
Great rural retreat. Loads of wildlife around (woodpeckers, rabbits, squirrels, cows etc). Lovely cottage with comfy beds and kitchen with everything we needed. Close to Bangor and lots of shops. We loved the fire pit and swing seat.
Melanie
Excellent location and beautiful accommodation. Stunning views and the owners were very welcoming and helpful.
Kirsty
Excellent location, cute little cottage with everything we could possibly need, even the cows came to say hello! Lovely hosts, would definitely recommend and stay here again. Thank you
Steven
A beautiful and tranquil location which was well placed geographically for all main attractions in North Wales e.g. the castles. Comfortable, cosy, well equipped cottage with efficient central heating if required. If you're a budding ornithologist you'll love the visits of many British bird varieties including pheasants! We would strongly consider a repeat visit here. The hosts Steve and Sian were welcoming and very helpful.
Alan
Reasonably well equipped cottage. Well situated to visit beaches and Snowdonia. Be prepared for the ¾ track which is bumpy and has lots of pot holes. Owners helpful and friendly.
Muriel
I have never seen such helpful and kind hosts. They really made our stay as smooth as possible. Thank you again for everything. We visited Caernarfon, Anglesey, Bangor, Llandudno, Conwy, Llanberis : all of these are within correct distance by car. The cottage is semi detached but we never heard our neighbours. The cottage is well equiped, we did not lack anything. There is space in the rooms to put our clothes and space in the kitchen to put our groceries. Thank you again :)
Carol
We were 3 female friends sharing the cottage and with 2 bedrooms, 1 with twin beds it was ideally suited to our needs. The conversion of the building has been really well done with the retention of some stone walls. The use of slate fragments for the patio and surrounding area guards against the build up of mud. It was lovely to be deep in the countryside away from traffic, etc. The cottage is also in a very good location for visiting Snowdonia and the coast.
Alison
We had a great stay, the owners are very friendly and helpful, the location is very peaceful yet handy for exploring the area. The cottage is lovely and we had everthing we needed.
Natalie
A beautiful cottage in a lovely, tranquil location, ideal for exploring North Wales. We had a wonderful few days here as a family of four and would definitely return.
Carol
The cottage was lovely, cosy and warm, it had all the equipment you needed for a good stay, We really liked the layout - there was plenty of space for all of us. The bathroom was lovely with plenty of hot water. Wi-Fi worked really well which kept the young adults amused as they could access their phones. It was peaceful and the location was great with lovely views across the fields. It was in easy reach of all the major attractions - however we just enjoyed the peace and quiet as much as anything else.
Duncan
Ideal location for north Wales. Fantastic accommodation, well equipped and spotlessly clean. Very friendly and helpful hosts, thank you.
