The ground floor features a king-size bedroom with window seat and TV plus a shower room with rain shower. Upstairs you'll find two king-size bedrooms (one converts to twin on request) with TVs and a bathroom with shower over bath. The farmhouse-style kitchen includes underfloor heating throughout and a dining table for six. The living area has a wood burner and patio doors opening to the garden.

The private patio has garden furniture for outdoor dining. A charcoal BBQ is available on request with a £20 refundable deposit. Parking is provided onsite.

Amazing property with everything you could need. This property was recommended to us by a friend and we loved it too. The owners are lovely, made sure everything was ok and offered us bike storage in the barn. Lots of cycling to do locally but the highlight for us was climbing Snowdon for sunrise. Amazing experience!

For us it was perfect, the location in town, but close enough to walk to the lake with our inflated SUP, was ideal. The cottage as whole was really comfy and practical for living in, comfy beds and good showers, lots of space for the five of us, and the kitchen was well equipped too. I couldn't fault anything really, but better than that, I left more relaxed than I'd been in over four months.

Just back from a 4 night stay with the children. Lovely cottage, brilliant location to explore everything the area has to offer. Close to shops, pubs restaurants and only a 5 minute walk to the lovely Bala Lake. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again when we come back to the area, we had a great time with loads to do during the days and then a lovely place to just sit and relax of a night time. 5 stars from us all.

Fantastic property, home from home, with everything you need to cook (we even cooked a roast!) The views are amazing and the property is in the best possible place for the lake and the town with plenty of places to eat and drink. Easy access to wherever you want to drive to, we went to Snowdon and also the Pontcysyllte aqueduct, all within an hourâ??s drive. A lovely touch was the photo book showing the renovations by the owner, no detail has been spared. Thanks for an amazing week!
