Bwthyn Nant Bach Reviews

Rob
This is a very smart and well presented cottage. The rooms are a good size and well curated with a high level of finishes. Set far back from the main road it provides a good sence of secusion without being too remote. All the necessary mod cons are of good quality and the hosts are very freindly. We had a lovely stay here and highly recommend the cottage.
Pamela
Very comfortable & clean cottage on a family farm. Ideally situated for visiting various attractions in NW Wales. A friendly welcome on arrival.
Elizabeth
Well-equipped and comfortable, in a superb location. Kitchen is well equipped with a good range of pans in excellent condition, sharp knives etc. This was ideal for us as a family - a short drive to many different areas both in the mountains and on the coast. We enjoyed a mix of walking, sight-seeing and coasts/beaches. Lovely views from the cottage and in easy reach of shops and other amenities. Spacious bedrooms and plenty of storage, and all very clean and well-presented. We hope to return another year.
Alan
A very comfortable and well equipped cottage in an excellent location for exploring North Wales.

This is a beautiful converted barn, which has been restored to a very high standard and provides comfortable and well appointed accommodation. It is set in magnificent countryside and is a wonderful centre for visiting castles with world heritage status, great National Trust properties, award-winning gardens and areas and coastline of outstanding natural beauty.
Marian
Bwthyn Nant Bach was a perfect base for our holiday, being situated half way between Porthmadog and Caernarfon. Portmeirion, Caernarfon, Llanberis and Betws-y-Coed were all within easy travelling distance. Directions to the cottage were very easy to follow, whether approaching from the north or south. We received a very warm welcome on arrival. The cottage was beautifully designed and well equipped. It suited our needs admirably. If you want to explore the north western fringes of Snowdonia, mountains and beaches are all close by. I would hope to visit again.
Amanda
Beautiful cottage with amazing scenery. Great location for visiting Mount Snowdon and neighbouring villages. Cottage was spacious and modern. Beds were comfortable. Lovely seating area outside if the weather is nice enough to enjoy. Host was very friendly and lived nearby. Would recommend staying here if you are looking for a peaceful relaxing stay.

Bethyn Nant Bach is a lovely property in a peaceful location, yet ideally placed for visiting many attractions of the area. Comfortable beds and excellent shower/bathrooms make it an ideal place to recharge after busy days exploring. One or two minor niggles: Wifi is generally okay but not always good for streaming movies and lack of instructions made it difficult to use the oven-microwave and the heating. Otherwise everything was great!
Karen
The cottage is lovely and we really enjoyed sitting and eating outside, the weather was amazing all week. The views and sunsets are lovely. Everything in the cottage is well thoughtout. Super comfy beds and everything we needed in the kitchen. Lots of places to see in the area. A thoroughly enjoyed week, we hope to return.
We thoroughly enjoyed the cottage and had a perfect weeks holiday, we are planning to return.

Our family Easter holiday was perfect, this cottage was in a perfect location, close to so many places we could go and discover. A beautiful place and waking up to the lambs as lovely, we will definitely be coming back.
Alan
Absolutely amazing stay thank you. We had the best time. 2 couples holidaying and seeing family in the area. We loved the coziness of the cottage. The high standard of finish and all the extra touches. Everything was clean and fresh. The setting was beautiful, and waking up in the morning to lambs bleating was just lovely. I would thoroughly recommend this property.
Sheila
Lovely cottage and lovely location. Warm and friendly hosts. A very relaxing week.

Owner met us at the cottage when we arrived after our 10 HR journey. She was very welcoming and happy to see us. The cottage was clean and well equipped, Lovely and warm and very spacious. We had sheep and cows as neighbours for the week which were lovely to wake up too. It was a great location for visiting nanny places eg the llyn peninsula, Anglesey and Snowdonia. We will definitely be recommending the cottage to friends and family. Thank you for being great Hosts.
Charlotte
Luxurious barn conversion well situated for visiting Snowdonia, Llỳn and Anglesey
Roger
Cottage is well laid out and comfortably furnished and in an ideal location, though the overall cleanliness could be improved. Kitchen floor was sticky as were the place mats, for example. Owner was friendly and helpful.
Sue
A home from home with every comfort and just right for our family of 4 adults and two older children. An excellent situation, being close to Caernarfon, Porthmadog, Criccieth, Anglesey and the Snowdonia National Park. Nesta and family were excellent hosts! We hope to see you again. Thank you! The Skinners and the Nurdins.
Patricia
The cottage was excellent. Top of the range equipment and very well converted . Best we have had so far.
Steve
A lovely bright, well equipped spacious cottage, in an excellent location. The weather meant we couldn't explore Snowdonia or go hiking, but there was plenty to see and do - castles, gardens & coastline, all easily accessible from the cottage. The owner was very friendly and welcoming. A lovely place to explore the area.
