Brig Y Bwlch Reviews

Nikki
Very convenient location in a quiet village - hotel with resturant within walking distance. Shortt drive to local shops and other attractions. Very good center to explore this part of North Wales. The cottage is beautifully furnished, very comfortable beds, excellent facilities for cooking/ washer/ dryer and heating systems work very efficiently. We were very comfortable.
Tina
Lovely cottage once initial issue was resolved which was down to lack of communication between holidaycottages.co.uk and the cleaning company, on arrival the property had not been cleaned and couldnâ??t be cleaned until the following day. Once cleaned the cottage was well presented and well equipped for our needs.
Jenny
A lovely cosy little cottage, just nicely off the beaten track but still well placed for trips to the coast, steam train spotting, mountain climbing and Zip-worlding. The garden is lovely - we enjoyed sitting out on the sunny evenings.
Kate
Lovely property. Really clean. Comfortable beds. Fantastic shower. Really beautiful area. Two really nice pubs in walking distance. Owner very responsive to any queries. Would have found an indoor airer useful to dry some bits when it rained. Shelf in smaller room is loose and the coat hangers by front door are also a bit loose - other than that we canâ??t think of any other issues. Thank you for such a lovely property.
Val
A lovely stone cottage surrounded by beautiful scenery, but the cottage would benefit from improved maintenance.
Georgina
Comfortable cottage in nice location. Very much a home from home. Blessed with sunny weather too.
James
Lovely Cottage well stocked and presented - a lovely break comfy beds and furnishings and a lovely break guaranteed.
Suzi
Fantastic location, simply stunning! Loved that we could walk to The Grapes hotel for our evening meal. Centrally located so there were alot of attractions nearby. The cottage has been decorated sympathetically and we loved it! Although the cottage sleeps 4, we found it just the right size for the two of us. We would love to return, such a special location!
Justine
Lovely cottage , excellent location . Very cosy would recommend and we would definitely come back for another holiday
Dave
Great location Very good amenities and more for a comfy relaxing stay
Stephen
Great, modern, facilities. Kids liked the bluetooth bathroom mirror /speaker. Powerful shower & fully featured kitchen appliances. Local Grapes pub does a fair meal & Bryn Arms were recommended, but we never made it. It was a useful base. We travelled as far as Anglesey & to nearby Portmeirion & Harlech Castle & beach.
Vanessa-Rose
The cottage was clean, comfortable and well equipped. It seemed well looked after and had everything you need for a relaxing break. There is reliable wifi at the cottage but absolutely no phone signal (obviously not the owners fault!) but something to be aware of if you need to stay in contact. Original Cottages were responsive and dealt quickly with an issue we needed support with while we were there.
Fiona
Beautiful cottage in lovely peaceful location. Great spot for accessing north wales. The local pub/hotel The Grapes worth visiting too
Ellen
The cottage was absolutely beautiful comfortable and well equipped for self catering with top of the range kitchen supplies. The living room was cosy with the log burner fireplace. We would definitely be returning.
Graham
Delightful historic cottage with parking and excellent wi-fi. In the same village, good food available at the Grapes and supermarkets not far away in Porthmadog. Would certainly try and stay there again.
