Two bathrooms serve the property a ground-floor shower room and an upstairs bathroom with shower over bath. Two wood burners warm the lounge and dining area.
Castell y Bere ruins are within 4.5 miles (10 mins). Dolgoch Falls is also within 4.5 miles. Talyllyn Railway at Tywyn is 9.5 miles (20 mins). King Arthur's Labyrinth near Corris is within 13 miles (25 mins).
