The surrounding countryside is exceptional. Footpaths and bike routes start right from the door. A river runs through the owner's land offering free trout fishing and the nearby stream can be heard from the front patio. Wildlife watching is easy here. Tywyn's beach is 9.5 miles away.

The farmhouse sleeps 8 across 4 bedrooms. Downstairs there's a double bedroom overlooking the front patio. Upstairs are two further doubles and a twin.
