Glandon Reviews

Clare
We really enjoyed our stay at Glandon. The location was perfect for what we were looking for: great sea views, proximity to flat walks near the sea front, close to pubs/cafes/chippy and a fantastic bakery! We enjoyed a few days out to other local beaches and viewpoints. The locals were incredibly friendly. The actual cottage had every utensil/all equipment we needed. It was very clean and well presented. The water pressure and showers were great. All communication was clear and given in advance of our stay. Smooth arrival. We would recommend Glandon and Aberdaron to family and friends.
Alison

Such a beautiful location and a comfy, cosy cottage!
Sarah
We enjoyed the cottage greatly, especially the upstairs sitting room with its stunning window with panoramic views of the sea and beach. The décor was delightful. There were a few practical items missing and we have informed the owners. A wonderful location for walking and exploring.
Rose
Soon as we opened the door it felt like home from home, everything was wonderful, it was warm and welcoming fabulous to have two bathrooms !! his and hers !! Quiet location yet all you need is close by pub restaurant, fish n chip restaurant, tea rooms, a friendly Spar shop and freshly made pizzas.. a fantastic place where you do not need the car. Clean and beautiful beach and the view from the cottage window looking out to sea is wondrousâ?¦ a diamond to be found ..
Hugh
Lovely property in a perfect location with a great view.
Sarah
Unbeatable location in beautiful village
Mary
This is a lovely, comfortable, true cottage with views to die for. Everything you need is there, from buckets and spades to a washer, a dryer, and everything in between. It's 10/10 for location, pubs, cafes, fish and chips, ice cream and a Spar supermarket all 5 min away in the very picturesque village. A few steps from the beach and equally near are beautiful country walks. It is wonderful.
Judith
Beautifully situated in the idyllic village of Aberdaron. The upstairs lounge has a huge window overlooking the beach and the sea. So whatever the weather you have a spectacular view. We have stayed at Glandon several times. Itâ??s heaven!

Excellent location, very close to the beach and with an amazing sea view from the upstairs lounge windows. A quaint little cottage, clean, comfortable and good for purpose.
Melanie
We absolutely loved Glandon. The position was perfect for us. A few paces to the beach and a couple of minutes to the shops, cafes , choice of 2 restaurants and a beautiful church.Outstanding views from the lounge .
Elen
The cottage is very comfortable, warm and cosy. The view is fantastic from upstairs and location for the village and area just right. It was nice and clean with everything we needed.
Tracy
Absolutely perfect beautiful ❤️ cottage on the beach, loved the picture window, decor was well themed for the beach. Perfect village, great local pub, food excellent, the most amazing local bakery fresh bread daily. Just loved every minute in the cottage and the village. Will Definitely be returning asap.
Deborah
Lovely little cottage with views over Aberdaron Beach. Comfortable and perfect for a get-away. Stair treads are a little higher than usual and our little bichon Friese dog had trouble getting up & down them, but mastered it by the end of the week. Dining table and chairs are in a very small area so not good for larger built people. Overall we had a lovely weeks stay.
