Christine

Amazing property with everything you could need. This property was recommended to us by a friend and we loved it too. The owners are lovely, made sure everything was ok and offered us bike storage in the barn. Lots of cycling to do locally but the highlight for us was climbing Snowdon for sunrise. Amazing experience!

Rosalind

For us it was perfect, the location in town, but close enough to walk to the lake with our inflated SUP, was ideal. The cottage as whole was really comfy and practical for living in, comfy beds and good showers, lots of space for the five of us, and the kitchen was well equipped too. I couldn't fault anything really, but better than that, I left more relaxed than I'd been in over four months.

Claire

What a beautiful cottage, felt at home from the minute we arrived. So clean and well equipped and finished to such a high standard. The location couldnâ??t have been better, privacy and a lovely view but with everything you need right on your doorstep. Would definitely love to return.

Sally

This is one of the best holiday cottages I've ever stayed in. It had everything we needed and was perfect for a relaxing getaway with friends. It is so well equipped and the location is perfect. All of Bala's amenities on our doorstep and we were able to do some stunning walks. Manon had provided suggestions for local walks as well which was really helpful. We will definitely be booking this cottage again, can't wait to go back.

Paul

The property was very cosy on arrival

Amanda

The property was a real home for home with everything we could need for by birthday holiday. Our party ranged in age from 2 to 82 and it suited us all. The decor is lovely and the downstairs bedroom and bathroom was a good find with my elderly parents in mind. Overall a fabulous place can't wait to organise the family again for our next visit.

David

Just back from a 4 night stay with the children. Lovely cottage, brilliant location to explore everything the area has to offer. Close to shops, pubs restaurants and only a 5 minute walk to the lovely Bala Lake. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again when we come back to the area, we had a great time with loads to do during the days and then a lovely place to just sit and relax of a night time. 5 stars from us all.

Nick

Great quality build. Very comfortable and spacious

Jamie

We enjoyed our stay and the cottage was very nice with plenty of room for us.

Helen

Would highly recommend this cottage to anyone! Absolutely superb location for visiting many attractions in North Wales! Will certainly be back!

June

Fantastic property, home from home, with everything you need to cook (we even cooked a roast!) The views are amazing and the property is in the best possible place for the lake and the town with plenty of places to eat and drink. Easy access to wherever you want to drive to, we went to Snowdon and also the Pontcysyllte aqueduct, all within an hourâ??s drive. A lovely touch was the photo book showing the renovations by the owner, no detail has been spared. Thanks for an amazing week!

James

Absolutely perfect family cottage, plenty of room and very well equipped kitchen. Location is excellent for the local amenities all within a short walking distance.

Jane

Excellent house very well equipped good location. The owners were very friendly and helpful really enjoyed our stay.

Clare

Lovely property. We picked this property as it had an accessible downstairs bedroom and bathroom. All rooms were clean and nicely presented. Beds were very comfortable. The owners were very nice and accommodating when asked questions. Thank you

Sandra
