Brian

Spacious comfortable bungalow in lovely rural location. Attentive hosts. Very poor wi-fi was a big disappointment.

Jill

Cottage well placed, beautiful scenery, well equipped +owner very welcoming. Will definitely return.

Terry

Our 4th visit, a very comfortable property with superb views overlooking farmland.Well equipped with everything that's needed and a welcome pack of local goodies. Beds very comfortable, efficient heating and very helpful hosts, Gwyn and Jane, nearby It's a really quiet location yet only 1 mile from the shops in Bala. We enjoyed lovely scenic drives around the area. We look forward to going again.

Martyn

Excellent cottage - one of the few we have been to that we could actually imagine living in. Well equipped but also with plenty of space for our own things.

Linda

Spacious, bright, homely - a beautiful bungalow with gorgeous views to relax to. Spotless, all the equipment needed to hand and the 'drying room' was a great addition. Couldn't fault the bungalow and Gwyn and Jane were ideal hosts.

Elisabeth

The cottage is very high spec and offers every comfort. Our 2nd stay which shows how much we enjoyed it. Beautiful views which can be enjoyed in all weathers. The owners are lovely people, very welcoming and there's lots to explore in this beautiful part of Wales, both countryside and coast

Valerie

We have stayed in many cottages and barn conversions but this bungalow is top of the list. Very comfortable and stylish interior, excellently equipped with beautiful views over the hills and valley. Quiet and peaceful location with easy access to the coast and countryside. Lovely owners who were nearby if needed. Would stay here again.

John

Comfortable, spacious, well equipped with lovely views.

Angharad

Had a fantastic stay at this amazing bungalow. The owners were very friendly and welcoming and on hand if anything is needed, whilst still respecting your privacy. The bungalow is the best holiday accommodation we have ever stayed in and deserves 5 stars. It is modern, comfortable and has everything you need with plenty of parking space. The views from the bungalow are spectacular and was so nice to sit at the kitchen table looking out across the beautiful valley whilst eating breakfast each morning. We already miss it. The bungalow is only a 2 minute drive from the town of Bala. You can walk to it from the bungalow but the first section is down a busy road without no pavement. Would recommend parking down by the lake on the road for free (the bottom end of the lake) and walk into town instead of having to pay in the public pay and display car park. Would highly recommend this accommodation if you want a peaceful, relaxing and comfortable holiday. We can't wait to go back.

Steven

We will definitely be returning. owners are lovely and made us feel very welcome.

Wonderfully appointed cottage with everything you needed for a relaxing holiday. Fantastic views and very light and spacious. Owners very welcoming.

Denise

Home from home, everything you need. Quiet and peaceful.

Luke

Incredible cottage, beautiful location, really friendly hosts. I cannot recommend it highly enough!

Gary

As per other reviews it proved to be an excellent property, very well equipped and in a great location for exploring. So it's difficult to add much to what has been said before in praise of the house and we would definitely return. Our time there was split only by the weather as it was very wet and windy most days but it was December! And the house was always warm to return to. We had been wary of having underfloor heating in that would it be warm enough but it certainly was in spite of the weather. With one of us having limited mobility we noted that access was very good, from memory there was just one step up from the outside and then level throughout. It was also good to see power points part-way up the walls rather than having to bend down. For walkers / drivers there was a good supply of local information including OS maps (to be left there obviously) which was a great touch. All in all, very good.

Christine

An absolutely gorgeous and well equipped cottage. Can highly recommend. No shortage of anything. Tv's in every room and wifi was very good. Would love to return.
